At Coricraft, we pride ourselves on exceptional quality and craftsmanship; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a streamlined return process for both furniture and homeware items. Please ensure you notify us within 7 days of delivery for a return or exchange to be processed in accordance with our terms and conditions.
Return Process
- 1.Notification of Return
Contact our Customer Care team or visit your nearest Coricraft showroom within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return request.
- 2.Assessment and Approval
Our team will review your request to ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging; furniture items may require a physical inspection before approval.
- 3.Collection and Logistics
Once approved, we will schedule a professional courier to collect the item from your address, or you may return smaller homeware items directly to a store.
- 4.Refund or Credit
After the item is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or issued as a store credit, minus any applicable collection fees.
